What is included in most regular and spring home cleanings?

You may have any areas cleaned or not cleaned that you wish.  Our typical repeat home cleanings are done either weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.

• Kitchens-  outside of cabinets are cleaned, outside of appliances such as stove, refridgerator, dish washer are cleaned, microwave cleaned inside and out, counter tops and sinks are cleaned, floor vacuumed and mopped.
• Bathrooms - are cleaned and sanatzied including showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors, toilets, floors.
• Living/family/bedrooms- furniture is dusted, furniture vacuumed if needed, floors vacuumed , hardwood floors are mopped.
• Other work can be done upon request.
• Spring cleanings - all the above if requested plus baseboards cleaned, cob webs removed, walls washed if requested.  Interior windows can also be cleaned. 
• This is deep level of cleaning is required before regular cleanings such as weekly, every 2 weeks or monthly.

What is your carpet cleaning method and why do you use it?

Carpet is cleaned using a 5 brush rotary steam extractor.  We use this method because it gets carpets cleaner and dries much faster.  Instead of a van parked in your driveway with 200 feet of hose shooting water and cleaner into your carpet - rubbing a hollow wand over it - and pulling up the water over 200 feet away - we use a self contained unit that has 5 rotary brushes that spin in opposite directions.  This has the effect of safely scrubbing each individual carpet fiber to get it the cleanest possible.   We use a safe cleaning solution approved by the "Carpet Cleaning Institute."  Instead of trying to suck up water through hundreds of feet of hose, our extractor is less than 1/2 inch from the floor!  This get carpets drier much faster.  Any stains are pre-treated and hand brushed to loosen and dissolve stains so the carpet cleaner has the best chance of removing those stains.  See pictures on the "Photos of our work" tab.  Also check out the testimonial section.

How is upholstery cleaned? 

For upholstery cleaning we first vacuum the furnitue.  Then using a carefully controlled sprayer - we spray small sections of the furniture to be cleaned with an approved shampoo.  Then using a smaller portable unit which extracts the shampoo, we hand scrub the entire piece of furniture, extracting each area as we go.  This method, though a little more time consuming, gets great results.  Upholstery is brighter, smells fresh and can usually be sat on in about 2 hours.  We get great results.  Check out our photos and testimonials for more detalils.

Do you clean walls?

Yes we clean walls.  Let us know in advance if this is a requested service, as it takes special equipment.  We do a great job on walls - baseboards are automatically included.  See pictures in our photo section.

What's included in a standard office or commerical cleaning?

•  We disinfect the handset of telephones to cut down on the transmission of viruses, which can reduce the number of sick days by employees.  This has been highly effective in the workplace.
•  The furniture is swept using a specialized furniture fabric brush.
•  Picture frames, the tops of cleared cabinets, and door trim are dusted each time.
•  Ceilings and corners will be checked for cobwebs and removed on ceilings less than 10 feet in height.      
• Clean reachable, unobstructed windowsills       
• We specialize in the sanitation of workstations and patient/customer area surfaces.
• Bathrooms are cleaned and sanatized.
• Floors are dustmopped, vacuumed, and mopped.
• Trash is emptied and liners replaced.  (trash bags are usually supplied by you).
• Your business will look and smell clean and fresh each time.
